Privacy policy

What data we collect on this site, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.

Last updated:

1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected on onecloud.com.ar is OneCloud S.R.L., based in the Argentine Republic.

For any question about this policy or your data, write to us at [email protected].

2. What data we collect

We process the data you enter in the contact form and, in addition, the technical browsing data described below. In the form we ask for:

  • First name (required).
  • Last name (required).
  • Email address (required).
  • Phone number, with its country code (optional).
  • Company (required).
  • Number of employees at the company (required; chosen from a list).
  • Country (required; Argentina is preselected and you can change it).
  • The message or question you write to us (optional).

Filling in the form is voluntary. If you do not fill in the required fields, we cannot receive your inquiry or reply to it.

When you visit the site or submit the form, your IP address and technical request data (date and time, requested page, browser) go through our web server (Nginx) and the Cloudflare network, which may record them in their access logs for a limited period to operate and protect the site. The application itself uses your IP only in memory and briefly to limit the number of form submissions: it does not store it in a database or include it in the email we receive.

We do not ask for sensitive data, such as health data, ethnic origin or political opinions. Please do not include it in your message.

3. What we use your data for

We use your data to answer your inquiry, arrange a meeting if you asked for one, and send you information and proposals about our products and services related to your inquiry.

We do not use your data for any other purpose, we do not sell it and we do not hand it to third parties for their own use.

We process your data because you give us your free, express and informed consent by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form. The box is never pre-ticked and, if you do not tick it, the form is not sent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing it does not affect what we did with your data before we received it.

5. Who we share your data with

The site does not store your data in a database of its own: it sends it by email to the OneCloud sales team. Along the way, the following providers process the data on behalf of OneCloud:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: the content delivery network and security proxy that every request to the site goes through, including the form submission. It may process requests on servers outside Argentina.
  • Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation): our email provider. It processes the messages containing your inquiry and may store them in data centers outside Argentina, under the contractual data protection safeguards it offers its customers.

Apart from these providers, we would only disclose your data if a competent authority requires it under the law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as it is needed to answer your inquiry and, if one arises, for the business relationship that follows from it; after that we delete it, unless a regulation requires us to keep it longer. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

7. How we protect your data

The site is served over HTTPS, the form validates the data and limits automated submissions, and we aim to ensure that only the people who handle inquiries can access the mailbox where they arrive. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, unauthorized access or alteration of your data.

8. Your rights

As the data subject, you have the right to:

  • Access: know what data about you we hold and how we use it.
  • Rectification and update: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your data.
  • Confidentiality: have your data handled discreetly and not used for purposes other than those stated.

To exercise them, email [email protected] from the address you used in the form, or include details that let us identify you. It is free of charge.

We answer access requests within 10 calendar days, and rectification, update or deletion requests within 5 business days of receiving them.

You can also ask us at any time to stop sending you commercial information and to remove or block your data from our contact lists.

9. Supervisory authority

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest to that effect is proven, as set forth in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle the complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force on personal data protection.

10. Cookies

This site only uses technical cookies, needed for it to work and stay secure:

  • NEXT_LOCALE: a first-party cookie that remembers the language you chose (Spanish or English) so the site is shown in that language. It contains no personal data and is not used to track you.
  • __cf_bm, cf_clearance or similar: Cloudflare may set them to tell people from bots and protect the site against attacks. They are technical and short-lived.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, or cookies for those purposes. If we ever add any, we will update this policy before doing so.

11. Third-party links and content

The site includes links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, and YouTube videos that only load when you click on them. If you use them, those services process your data under their own privacy policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
